TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with orogalleria.com.ph you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. orogalleria.com.ph retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party, which you have contracted with. This will usually be orogalleria.com.ph or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party. Orogalleria.com.ph is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. An email will also be sent as for the payment details, which are only through bank deposit. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods, which you ordered, have been confirmed paid and dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on this Website, are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment

For bank deposit payments, we have the right to confirm first the payment received once and only a photo of the deposit slip or screenshot of your online transaction is sent via e-mail. We will not dispatch item/s once item not confirmed paid.

(d) Delivery and Shipment

Our official courier handles all our shipment processes. We partnered with LBC for our Nationwide order and FedEx and DHL for International.

All the shipping estimates (nationwide and international) are approximate and listed in business days. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Orders may take longer than expected to arrive based on inclement weather, holidays, and/or carrier delays, and this is out of our control. Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated shipping timelines are listed below.

Nationwide (within the Philippines) = 3-5 business days

International Express Shipping = 3-5 business days 

• International orders may be subject to taxes and duties charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are usually automatically payable by customer upon delivery. Please contact your local custom office for details on how duties and taxes are calculated and paid.

 

Once your order has been dispatched your tracking number and link will be sent to you via email. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been dispatched to you. 

Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. (e) Returns / Exchange

Requests for returns and exchange are on a case-to-case basis. We will first look into your situation before taking the request. Item/s that are returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item/s must be in the same condition that you received it with all its original packaging. You may exchange the item with another color/size/design for as long as it has the same value or higher.

Should the chosen replacement have a lesser selling price, Oro Galleria Fine Jewelry will not be liable to refund the price difference. But if the replacement has a higher selling price, the customer shall pay the price difference plus the additional shipping cost due to the increase in value.

All shipping costs both for the return and shipment of new item/s will be shouldered by you. With the exception for orders with wrong, defective, or missing item/s. Additionally, refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. The shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit. For safety and your peace of mind, we recommend shipping the items with a courier that offers insurance. Oro Galleria Fine Jewelry will not be responsible for any lost parcels that we do not ship. Lost parcels that are shipped back will not be eligible for a store credit/return/exchange.

Returns or exchanges are NOT ALLOWED in the cases described below:

• Change of mind.
• Damaged products due to improper care.
• Made-to-order/Personalized/customized jewelry pieces.
• Late receipt of parcel due to courier delays.

Should you receive a wrong, defective, or missing item/s, kindly get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving it.
